I've been coming to this bakery for quite some time and I've always lived their pan dulce, however this time it was not authentic, it was doughy, and what I mean by that is that it was spongy, not the way usual Mexican sweet bread is supposed to be. I judge a panadería on their cuernos, you know the ones that look like a hard croissant, they have to be hard on the outside soft in the middle... they were spongy and soft all around. Now, they might've had a substitute baker, who knows, I will check it out again soon and update...

Only one employee in front and she had to call for more employees ringing the bell SEVERAL TIMES. When finally 2 more employees came out, one was fighting the othersaying "you heard the bell, too." Like if neither did not want to do their job! That made me think twice about buying bread. Delicious bread but this place need better...
