This place is horrible. I was there with my family and we get sat and server lady comes over and takes our drinks. We then order our plates and we ask for some avocado dip, mind you they had already brought us chips and salsa, which I believe should be complimentary. Anyways our food is brought to us but with not condiments, so I had to ask the cashier, also mind you that all servers are all huddled up at the register touching here and there and I doubt that they wash their hands Everytime they go and stand with the cashier lady. So after we were eating our food, we are wondering where is our avocado dip. So then I had to ask for our avocado dip, they bring it over and all of our chips because we had chips and salsa. So then I ask the server if we could have chips to go with our dip. She takes the basket with her and then 1 minute later she comes back and she says, "oh sorry we ran out of chips." I am like what, what kind of place is this, how do you run out of chips at 5pm, ridiculous! As I see another patron get sat they receive chips, so I ask or rather state, I thought you ran out of chips and she says, I don't know. Horrible service. I don't know if my family and I don't look Mexican enough, I mean I didn't get it. I'm not from Mexico but my parents are and this looked like if you weren't Mexican enough you didn't get the right service because not on time did the server come back and ask how our food was. I mean this place left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. Even after we left my daughter says to me why are they laughing. I am very fluent in Spanish and you know when someone is saying something of one's self. Horrible servers, horrible service and if I could fire all the servers I would. I have never been a server myself but I know great customer service and that by far was not even mediocre. On top of that nothing that has to do with restaurant but when I was trying to park another guy in his BMW takes my spot, I wave my hands and his girl is laughing that's how mexican people are serious. If I was alone it would be a different story but either way working for certain departmentsin the county not worth it yo...
Read moreI ordered 3 tacos, Asada, pork, and birria. It’s a plus that the tortillas are handmade and are bigger than street taco size. They throw in an extra tortilla, maybe to fill you up and satisfy you. I felt the Asada and pork tacos fell flat. The meat was overcooked, lacked tenderness, and moisture. Even with onion and cilantro, lime squeeze and a drizzle of salsas, It wasn’t enough to elevate the meat. The Birria taco was good, as it is a dipping taco with consume, so my gripes about the other tacos wasn’t an issue here. They do have other stuff to try, but I always judge a taqueria by their tacos first. I may come back to try...
Read moreI've been here twice now. Both times the wait for my food was under 15 minutes. The first time was during the day and it wasn't too crowded. The second was during the evening hours which resulted in a larger crowd and a bit less attention to us as customers. The food both times made my taste buds jump for joy until the next day. Also, there is an awesomely spicy sauce on the table for you to use as.
If you like carnival that's big chunks stringy and perfectly juicy and dry at the same time...just trust me and get the burrito.
4 only due to lack of attention at table. But overall experience is just fine that I will...
