Literally every single time, they get every single order wrong. The employees here just don't even read their order slips, and don't care. No apologies for their endless mistakes, either.
They also undercook their food sometimes. I ordered the popcorn chicken and ended up with some mostly raw pieces.
We just picked up some bubble tea, and my drink was literally 2/3rds ice. There are only 3 sips of actual liquid in the whole cup. I know there are ordering options for less ice, but this is a unexpectedly absurd amount for the "regular ice" option.

UPDATE: We went back again today, a few weeks later, and gave them another chance. This time, they forgot to add the cheese foam. When we brought the drink back and pointed it out, they just put a dollop on top (barely any) and moved on to the next customer.

This time I came to the store to order and they messed my whole order (3 drinks all wrong). Noticed that by the time I ordered, they have 5 employees standing, joking, and laughing to each other. I HAD CALLED to request a remake. I had to drive back to the store for the remake and no one even wanted to talk or apologize like it’s not their mistakes. The remake still had one of the drinks WRONG. Smh. I had to wait for another 10 minutes. They are lucky because my co-workers seem to like Happy Lemon. I stopped in on a Saturday around 3 pm and I was hoping I could quickly pop in for a bubble waffle and milk tea, but sadly I was wrong. There is only room for 2 tables for dine-in and the line was 6 people long. In total, I was there for probably 20 minutes. That being said, the employees were HUSTLING. I don't think I would have been able to be as efficient as them, especially in the small space they have to work with. I was pretty impressed. The Oreo bubble waffle was delicious as per usual, and days later I am already craving one again. The Dark Brown Sugar Boba with Milk hit the spot, but I would recommend lowering the sweetness level on this one if you are pairing it...
