A Gem for Food, Work, and Fun: KV Noodle!KV Noodle has quickly become my go-to spot, and for all the right reasons! If you're looking for a place with a fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, and incredibly accommodating amenities, look no further.

My partner and I stopped by late on a Wednesday night, and despite the hour, the place was vibrant and welcoming. The fact that they're open late is a huge plus, making it perfect for a spontaneous dinner or a late-night craving. It was much appreciated that they didn't rush us out even though we were there until closing.

The first thing that struck me was the awesome atmosphere. They have big TVs prominently displaying games, which immediately creates a fun and lively vibe. What truly sets this place apart, though, is how ideal it is for those who need a change of scenery for work. The bar area is equipped with outlets, and they generously share their Wi-Fi. This makes KV Noodle an absolutely fantastic "work from home" alternative – you get a productive environment coupled with great food and service.

Speaking of service, it was impeccable! Our server was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Now, let's talk about the food! We started with the Combination Rice Noodle Dry, which came with a delicious soup on the side. It was incredibly tasty and perfectly light, making it a great shared appetizer. Since we were still a bit hungry, we also ordered the Beef Stew Rice Noodle. This dish was an absolute revelation – super filling, bursting with rich flavors, and utterly satisfying.

Every dish was fresh and prepared to perfection so promptly! We left feeling completely content and already planning our next visit. KV Noodle truly hits all the marks: amazing food, excellent service, a lively atmosphere, and a comfortable spot to even get some work done....

Just moved to new job and asked my coworker for recommendation for Pho Ga. They said try Pho 90 degree or the new place down the street called KV NOODLE. I went to KV. Called ahead to see if the had what i wanted the kid that answered the phone was very polite and courteous. drove into the plaza and though i was in the wrong place , no other business OPEN. The young man greeted me and said i could sit any where I wanted. As I was ready the menu the owner Kathy greeted me and asked what I wanted and what KV had to offer. I was immediately hook in by here attitude and here customer FIRST. I order the Pho Chicken with white meat and spring rolls. the rolls were fresh and out of this world, by far the best spring rolls I've had in a long time. Peanut sauce was to die for. The pho was rich in flavor. the broth was very tasty. While I was eating I got to know a little about Kathy on how she gives back to our community. We had some good conversations while I experienced her great attitude regarding the area .After I was done with the entire bowl , and I do mean the entire bowl of soup and rolls. I've never really tried Vietnamese cuisine but today I walked across the street from my house and I tried out KV noodle (not TKnoodle)1162 E Williams Ct Immediately I was greeted by the young hosts. Who made me feel very welcomed. I didn't know what to order so they suggested several dishes. It was the owner Tom who saw what was going on and broke away from what he was doing and suggested a soup for me and it was delicious. Tom made me feel like we were old friends. Update: Today is the 3rd straight day I've eaten at KV. Toms wife Kathy, shared her secret ingredients including the process and I'm still alive to tell,lol I have now tried 5 different dishes inclu. 1 dessert. what Kathy explained to me is easily translated through the flavor of her dishes. I strongly believe there methods produce a unique flavor even connoisseur s of are not familiar with. Everyone involved in running KV noodle have created an sphere that is hospitable and comfortable. Kathy designed the restaurant interior. If you want a place to relax and watch sports with perfect air conditioning. With plenty of spirits to choose from including fine wine.
