This may not make a difference at this McGlaughlin location, and I am not aware of the moral at this store, but it must be said that the pizza’s, service and atmosphere is severely poor.
I ordered a simple large round with sausage and pineapple (no shade please) and what I got was a thin crust with the majority of the toppings in the center of the pie. Please DO NOT ADVERTISE a beautiful pizza on my order screen and give me the trashy version.
The instructions were to pick up the pie from the oven and it’s not there and so I have to cut in the line of people waiting to order to get my own. No one was at the counter to begin with so customers were already annoyed they couldn’t place an order and here I am having to either wait or cut in line to get my order obviously nullifying the whole purpose to order online.
This location needs to be good enough to at least provide what they advertise on the menu, display screens and follow through on their online ordering process.
And please for the love of all hard working people give your employees an incentive to do a better job, provide them enough help and resources to deliver what used to be a decent product at an affordable price relevant to what is advertised. Your people are only going to work for you and serve your customers well if they are adequately compensated and have the means and support to do their job.
Currently this location serves those who don’t want to cause trouble and make workers feel bad and just pay and leave. That’s wrong and bad business. Do better Caesar’s. Look after your people and they will look after...
Read moreTo the Management of Little Ceasars @ 1075 Tully Rd SUITE 32, San Jose, CA 95122 , The following feedback is provided regarding a recent visit to the restaurant. The experience was unsatisfactory due to several issues concerning staff professionalism, food quality, and operational standards. On Sept 9th, 2025 time around 9:10 pm. The service from the front counter employee was inattentive and required redirection from another employee, presumably a shift leader. This individual then contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere by openly displaying a knife in a manner that appeared unprofessional. Furthermore, the food quality did not meet expectations. The pizza purchased was prepared incorrectly and did not resemble the standard appearance of the item. This suggested a lack of attention to detail during preparation. Finally, the counter employee audibly exclaimed "stupid" when delivering the pizza. Although I did not take this personally, it reflects an unprofessional attitude that could easily be perceived as insulting by other customers. The visit was marked by dysfunctional and unprofessional behavior, and it was a disappointing experience. As a longtime Little Caesars customer, the customer believes it is important to bring these issues to attention so they can be addressed. Other locations, such as the one on Julian Street, have provided more positive experiences. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. It is hoped that this feedback will lead to a better customer experience in the future. Sincerely, A...
Read moreSign on the register says "visa only" I asked what that meant. The very young lady said sry it's exact change or visa only. We don't have change. I said don't you think it would be a good idea to have the sign on the front door? So customers don't come in place an order just to find out they cannot pay due to payment restrctions? She giggled then stated we don't have tape....ok I said as I was paying for 2 hot and ready pizzas, can I get some crushed red pepper?...she stated that we do not carry red pepper. Even for sale I asked?...we don't carry crushed red pepper she said....//// I don't under stand how you can serve pizza and nt have the basics. Crushed red pepper, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing. Let's be honest we don't come to Little Caesars Pizza for amazing flavor and Quality Pizza. The least you could do is Carrie crushed red pepper ranch parmesan cheese to spice up this poor man's version of pizza. It is a shame it seems like this franchise owner is skimping wherever he can...
