McDonald's — Restaurant in San Jose

This McDonald's is the worse of all McDonald's . Their customer service ethics are horrible and they have no respect or any intentions of helping their customers what so ever . I go there frequently because it's conveinetly close to my house , however they lack the one thing that all retails are trained to do " Placing customers first" ! Even their management team is beyond ubbsurd . I went in there one day and the employee who was in the front of the cash register just stood there ignoring me as I tried to get her attention, when she finally saw me she turned around as if I didn't exist, in total shock I thought WOW, NO HI or HELLO WHAT COULD I GET FOR YOU?! or anything . When I asked the employee if she can take my order, she looked at me and turned around looked at her co worker and told her loudly in front of me " I don't care, we need to worry about the back " I couldn't believe that out of all the employee's that was working, not 1 came to my service . They were all so focused on the drive threw window customers and gossiping that they didn't tend to any customers in the front registers and if that wasn't bad enough their manager was standing there watching what was going on and failed to do anything, she stood there doing nothing but gossiping with team members . So my many experiences going there were horrible and unfortunately I won't be going back there . There's lots more things, that happened at that McDonald's on different days but not enough space all of this happened in one day and it's a wonder why these McDonald workers are in the work field that they are ; just as you give out lousy service, you shall receive it as well . It's a fairly new, clean McDonalds. With a pleasant staff. However, In retrospect the one drawback could and might be that, the indoor children's 'McPlay Area' is too, too close for me! It's smack dab in the middle of the dining area just, you wait and, you'll see. Overactive, and hyper. Even, some just out of diaper. So, when good little children should, be fast asleep in their bed. You, might still have a 'Happy Meal' hit you right in the head! Your, senses assaulted by screams and descent of, those horrid 'rugrats' infesting that place. And that, includes quite frankly, your very own 'personal space'. They'll, bump your 'fries' all those monstrous girls and boys. They'll throw them as if they, we're their very own toys! And then! Oh, the noise! Oh, the Noise! Noise! Noise! Noise! That's one thing I hate! The NOISE! NOISE! NOISE! NOISE! Then, those brats, pudgy, stinky and, thin would, finally calm down and, sit restlessly feast. And they'd feast! And they'd feast! And they'd FEAST! FEAST! FEAST! FEAST! So, about their disruptive behavior the parents you see seemed, not to care, not to care one bit in the least! Oh, then, how they'll feast on 'Mcpudding', and, feast on rare 'McRoast Beast'. Which, is quite certainly something I, can't 'McStand'. I, can't 'McStand' in the least!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a Hamburger happy meal plain with ketchup only, on the hamburger. When I read the screen it said “NO meat”. So I told the girl taking my drive through order that I wanted a hamburger with ketchup only. She says she knows, and that’s what she put. I told her on the screen it says “NO meat” and I want meat on there with ketchup only. She cut me off and insisted that she knew that. So, I went on and order more things, and when I got to the window to get our food, I double checked the hamburger happy meal. Smdh, they gave me a bun with only ketchup. I told them what I asked for again and the manager who was also standing at the window said, that’s not what I ordered...they corrected the burger and I took the rest of my order home.

That’s not even the worst of it. I took the rest of my order home and gave out the meals to my kids. My 15yr old son got a Double Quarter pounder meal. He started eating it bragging about how good it looks. A few minutes later he’s gagging and spitting in the trash, then throws the rest of his burger away. He had a LONG strand of black hair in his burger. I’m the only other person who touched his burger before the McDonald’s worker, but I never opened it. The hair was longer then mine and black.
