I called my order in and the young lady that answered said 10 min. I arrived 20 min later, there was a line and they didn't even start making my order until I was through the line and everyone was out of the store. 30 minutes to get my order completed. I tried the Santa Maria Tri-Tip Sammie today and was quite disappointed. The bread was extremely hard making it really difficult to bite into and chew (which seems to be an ongoing issue at this location), but it also hardly had any meat on, it didnt even go throughout the entire sandwich which was surprising because normally they pack on the meat with any other sandwich I've gotten.
