This rating is for the customer service experience. This past Friday ( 08/21), my husband went into the store to pick up the ONLINE ORDER and the male associate at the counter made him wait in the regular line ( in-store order line) even when it was an online order. My husband even mentioned that he could see the food bags on the counter with my name and he is here to pick up the online order but why are you making me wait in the regular line. The associate was rude and didn't care at all. When my husband's turn came, the associate just handed over the same food bags. My question is what it point of ordering online when we have wait in the regular line more so, during pandemic when we are trying our best to limit our exposure. The wrap itself was very fresh. The other standout was the care that went behind the preparation. I'm a strict vegetarian and cross-contaminating the utensils is something I cringe at. The very becoming young lady assured me that its staff are very careful at keeping vegetarian entrees 'kosher' for picky vegetarians. And, they did! (I was watching.) Really nice service. Super clean. I won't hesitate to eat...
Read moreI love the reliability of the food. Whether you get a gyro, salad or bowl; there's enough variety to keep Nick's on the short rotation. This includes several health-conscious options. The food is always good but it is also convenient. There are 3 meat choices; beef/lamb mix, chicken or pork. The chicken is different and is good in it's own right versus the beef/lamb mix. I dont eat pork, so I haven't tried that one. There's also the option to get Greek fries and platters. I really like visiting here because there's a little Greek culture which gives the place character and you can easily get in and out for a quick, balanced meal. Although there are many other Mediterranean-style restaurants with a similar base menu, Nick the Greek's goes a little further to please and meets...
