Very disappointed with staff reaction towards my requests during the past 2 visits.
The MGR was taking orders because he was short on staff & then he went on to cook to replenish 2 Entree that I & a gentleman ordered. I ordered the 3 Entree meal & the Honey Walnut Prawns got ready after 5 Minutes of receiving the food container. The MGR had clearly marked my food container indicating it's a 3 Entree order, so when I saw my 3rd dish ready, the Honey Walnut Prawns, I went & asked the lady at the Counter for it, instead of helping me, she went & asked the guy on the register to confirm my story (as though he'd remember me) I repeatedly asked her to confirm with the MGR as I emphasized to him & I knew he'd surely remember me, yet she refused to ask the very person who's know me & she was acting like she's trying to get out of a maze!!! I'm looking at her & Keep saying, just ask the MGR but for some reason she didn't want to confirm with the 1 person who could confirm my request.
So even if I was lying about it, their 3rd container is SUPER TINY, so it won't hurt you to satisfy a customer by giving them what they're claiming; that is considered going over & beyond to keep your customer satisfied with your service.
Last night, they had ran out of the exposed forks by the soda machine, so I'm asking her to give me some utensils that are clearly visible right behind her, she tells me to go grab one from the other area by the soda machine; she walks out from behind the counter to see if I'm lying about it, then she comes back & hands me 2 sets!!! 😳😳😳 I was like, is this girl for real??? I'm asking for simple utensils, just give them to me, EVEN IF THERE WAS some where you put the exposed once, why do you have to walk out & away from your post to check on the truthfulness of what I'm saying to you??? What's the big deal in giving them to me by SIMPLY TURNING AROUND & grabbing a set instead of walking away to confirm what I'm saying & then coming back to eventually giving them to me.

Read moreThis, honestly in my opinion is the best Panda Express. I come here all the time; not just because the food is great but because the service is better! They know me when I come in and greet me with a smile. They notice when I have been gone for a while and make a point to let me know that. They seem to really care which is something I need as a busy Memory Care Director who just needs some good food. I used to work in food myself for 10+ years and by God’s grace, worked my way into management there. I used to have to train people on good customer service. So that is why I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation. I know personally that their job is not easy and is not always appreciated. I ordered my food online for pickup at 7:30pm, the website took $17.04 from my debit card, and when I arrived at the store, with many other customers looking around confused, the store was not open. A printed out sign said they closed at 7:00pm; however, the Panda Express website allowed you to order food until 11:00pm. When I called the store to sort this out, the Panda Express employee replied, "I don't know, maybe cancel your order?" I could not cancel my order because I checked out as a guest.
