Worst customer experience I have ever experienced. My boyfriend and I were ordering separate tabs. I got a sandwich, and my boyfriend ordered a sandwich and a sandwich and a sanpellegrino. Girl charged me for his sanpellegrino which is a find misunderstanding. What the issue is she did not apologize or try to fix the situation. Next I get my sandwich that was fairly expensive. I had high expectations! The sandwich fell apart as I ate it. Not to mention, they served it to me hot which was not disclosed on the menu. I asked them to remake it and the guy told me, and I quote, “that is exactly what you asked for, I can’t do anything about it.” Are you serious? Coming from someone who works a customer service job, this place is a joke. I am disappointed and do not suggest this sandwich spot. The staff is too busy laughing behind the counter and texting on their cell phones to ensure customers return. I wish I could put...

Very OK. I remember the menu being more extensive and food slightly better at their old location.

This time I got a turkey sandwich and a BLT, pretty reasonably priced at $8 each, and a modest house salad for $5. The BLT wasn't quite filling but hit the spot with crispy bacon, spicy mustard, and flavorful toasted sourdough.

To round it out I had the salad and half of the turkey. I chose a zingy lemon vinaigrette that woke up the simple mix of greens. Turkey sammie as it came from the menu (cheese, tomato, sprouts, mayo) was rather plain. It could have benefitted from adding lettuce, onion, and pickles.

Overall not bad. I would give an extra half star rating if their online and delivery ordering offered...

Although a bit pricey and trendy for my wallet and disposition, the sandwiches are definitely fall in the realm of gormet delicioso! Nothing like those Nationwide cookie cutter sandwich shops. The guys in the shop are fun, service oriented, professional and thoughtful. All in all having already said that some may find it a bit pricey for a sandwich shop or delis and specifically for me the trendy ambience (definitely that's not a bad thing I am speaking specifically for me) outside my comfort zone, the quality of the ingredients used , there for the end result being the food, the the care used and artistry of the sandwich makers combined for a great sandwich eating experience I'll definitely go back and soon...
