Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Jose

I love Taco Bell, but today marks one of the top 3 worst times I've ever experienced when visiting a Taco Bell. My chicken quesadilla was not fresh. The cheese was congealed, the tortilla had a strong burnt smell, and it just felt stale like it had been sitting out and the press hasn't been cleaned properly. My burrito also was cold, and the ingredients did not taste good. Honestly everything tasted dried out and stale. On top of that, it wasn't very busy, and despite serving us old food that had clearly been sitting out, we still had to wait 7 minutes for our food. And mind you, there's no drive-thru and there was only one other customer waiting on their food that I could see that had been waiting since we walked in, no line when we ordered, honestly very quiet in the store. I say this as constructive feedback that it would be great if management would address this as it's clear they are not properly cooking/storing/serving food somewhere down the line, and maybe they were short staffed and that's why it took so long, but it just seemed a little off with how long it took to get our food. Edit: I'd leave negative stars if I could. They didn't include half my order and now they're closed so I can't go back...

Ever since it reopened this Taco Bell has charged 30-50% more per item than the Taco Bell just down the street. Also, they just put my order aside instead of calling it out soni had to wait longer while my food got called and all the people who ordered after me got served first. Completely amateur. Besides that, they rebuilt the place and didn't bother to add a drive through......

CLEAN! FAST! EXCELLENT SERVICE. Food quality was the best I've ever seen at a Taco Bell. Tons of parking. Didn't check the bathrooms, but I bet they're great.

I noticed this all female crew obviously took pride in their work and their workplace. I won't be visiting any other fast food locations while I'm in SE San Jose for lunch breaks 2-3 times a week.

I will mention theres no drive thru, but I think that's what makes this spot so great.
