Man, what a letdown. We wanted to try a new place and placed a pretty big order, and I was shocked by how my drink came out. I asked for no ice, and they delivered me a cup that was only partially full. Honestly, it was kind of embarrassing. I know it might look like I was trying to get extra tea, but I just prefer less ice, and "no ice" was the only option they had. I've never had this happen anywhere else; other shops just fill it up, no problem. I paid extra for a large. I guess it was for a large cup only. It's a small thing, but it makes the business seem like they're trying to cut corners. That one detail completely ruined the experience for me, there is so much competition so I'll be going elsewhere...

I asked them to remake it with no ice and sweeter since originally I asked no ice, they said yes, just to give it back less than half a cup and with no topping. They basically just took out the ice and gave it back it still was nasty. I tried it and asked her again to fix it or if I could just get a different drink. She told me no refunds and they can’t make me a different drink. Waste of $8.75 never going back there. Attached is a picture of the drink how they remade it and gave it to me. My husband...

Two of us ordered: -small egg coffee (no dairy, no heavy cream, condensed milk, or milk) $6.25 -running dragon small $6.50
My friend and I both don't do dairy, so I wanted to try it out. Since it doesnt have the extras, it looks a bit weirder, essentially a shot of strong coffee with some cream. You need to wait for the ice to melt so the coffee and cream mix together. once it does, it is quite good and very strong.
Running dragon was good. No complaints.
Plaza is really bad to find parking.
Definitely down to get it again when I need a larger...
