Deceptive. They only accept cash or Zelle. If you’re not a local like myself, how the hell would we know that? Yes, they showed 4 signs by the register in the back of the restaurant, but when we enter from the front, how the hell should we know? Who the hell walks around every freaking place they go, to see what type of currency are accepted? What should happen is your freaking servers to advise your guests about this prior to ordering and eating. I hate deceptions of services like this. It’s a trap. Your establishment is also dirty. The bathroom has piss ever. I was slipping trying to urinate. The floor was just dirty, wet, soapy or whatever it was. Even your restaurant floor was wet and slippery, that was why a lady fell. Date 3/31/24 about 5pm. Play your camera if you don’t believe me. Crumbs of food and all sorts of stuff all over the floor. I was there with my party already and tired after a day of hiking, else we would have left. Yeah, and thanks for not telling me about the mandatory 15% gratuity for party of six until it was time to cash out. This should not be a rule, because what if your food suck or your establishment has piss dragged from the bathroom to the dining floor? By the way both applies to your restaurant. That would have been nice to know as well. Yes, we paid, but you should have not deserve 15% tip. Again, trap. You should be ashamed hence 1...

We came here for Mother's Day dinner around 6 PM and it was crowded. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we were seated. The service is a bit slower, & the workers had a bit of an attitude.
Pho Ap Chao Bo Don - Crispy Chow Fun With Stir Fried Beef & Vegetables ($16.50): This looks great in picture & in presentation but the taste is mid. The big blocks are pho are fried flat rice noodles. They don't have any flavor ready. The sauce is also mild and just not something I enjoy. Beef was okay too.
Bun Cha Ca La Vong - Grilled Fish With Thin Noodle & Vegetables ($32.95): This is meant for 2 people to share; my mom & I shared and we still had leftover. This is our go-to item whenever we come here. The fish was as good as always - the pieces were big, soft, and tasty. I wish they gave a little bit more noodles. We didn't think there was enough so we were mostly just eating the fish with the vegetables.
Bun Cha Ha Noi - BBQ Pork & Pork Patties With Thin Noodle ($16.25): The BBQ pork was good but the pork patties were just okay. Gao Viet Kitchen's Bun Cha Co Linh is way better.
Banh Bot Chien Trung - Fried Flour Cake With Egg ($11.25): This is also another go-to item whenever we come here. They make the flour cake so crispy. Love the flavors for...
Read moreIs there a zero star here? I want to rate this place negative star if I could. The pho taste horrible, Some beef parts unable to chew, and rice noodle taste sour which is just weird… egg roll too oily. I think everything on the menu except the number 36 grilled fish is below average. Also this place is cash only. They could have at least put on a sigh on the door to inform customers if they are cash only. I also want to mention the noice level in this place. Man, I grow up in Asia, I know how noisy thai restaurants can be. But man, this place is like battlefield even for Asians. The lady who clean the other table next to me basically throw every single dirty plate to her cart with utmost strength in her tiny body which makes a louder sound than my drummer in the band when he is playing “Enter Sandman”….I have lived in LA and Chicago for years and have had many beef pho’s and oxtail pho’s. I know what a decent pho suppose to taste. It doesn’t even has to be good, as long as things are fresh then I will be happy. But today I only had the bean sprout and some leaves, barely touched the pho nor the beef. Everything else aside the quality of the food is unacceptable. This is a honest opinion...
