I was so excited to eat here but I would be lying if I recommended it to anyone. They had us waiting over an hour and 15 min to get our food after we ordered. Tables that were seated AFTER us got their food before us. There are only three of us. And the other two tables had 6 people each…. So how did they get their food before us???
On top of all of that, our order was cold and WRONG. Our fries were cold. The avocado toast had bacon on it after we confirmed twice to remove it since we are vegetarian. We asked for fried hard eggs and got a runny omelette. The a cake came cold. It’s like she wasn’t even listening to what we were ordering or just didn’t care.
Major services issues here. Good luck if you come here.
Edit: the manager tried to get us to change our reviews. But we are being honest and didn’t appreciate being followed. 10 min after we left and got a drink from another place later he comes up to us.
But I am adding proof that we did eat here and our review was honest.
EDIT #2: we did not want free food. We paid for EVERYTHING we ate. Except the guacamole toast because it was so so so so bad. You wanted to give us free mimosas and we said NO multiple times. Again not listening to us. We didn’t want any of your food. You insisted we should eat it. We gave the mimosas away so they wouldn’t be wasted. This is just poor...
Read moreI had been looking forward to going here since all of the promotional info looked great. The place is cute, loved the decorations, and the floor layout. Unfortunately my waitress was not the most informative. The menu looks a bit complicated letters were small could not really read them was relying on the waitress. I wanted a juice and was served a mimosa it was 8:30 not in the mood for mimosa. The mimosa was ok. I was hoping to try one of those nice looking coffees but that did not happen I was bit hesitant since I don't like caramel flavors and the info was not flowing with the waitress. Now breakfast. I ordered a Mediterranean omelet simple spinach and goat cheese. I don't know if it was the temperature inside the restaurant or the food, but my fries and toast were cold(bummed). The omelet was almost smothered in goat cheese Which made it kind of hard to eat(too much cheese). Coffee it was ok I had a latte never got around to the big, tasty looking ones they promote. The parking is valet service, the parking assistant brought us the car keys. Over all I was disappointed because it is a local business and if there is something I like is supporting and consuming local foods and goods. This was my experience not saying it will be yours give it a chance see for yourself. I choose not to back. Looking for other local treasures....
Read moreAttempted to try this brunch spot and what a terrible experience! Party of six with two infants (no highchairs available, only two in a restaurant that sits about 150 people) We sat at our table and 2 hours later no food, so I told my husband we are leaving! I tell the waiter please charge me for the drinks because this wait is unacceptable. I was then referred to the manager or owner and this gentleman attempts to guilt trip me into paying for the food because it was ready, to which I responded it is too late I have been waiting for two hours, please charge me for the drinks. This gentleman then proceeds to ask me from what town was I visiting? I answered, Carolina, what does that have to do with your extensive wait time? To which he responded Oh nothing I just know how you women get when your hungry? At this point I was more than irate and just told him you have two options either you charge me for the drinks or I walk away without paying. This individual has the nerve to tell me I hope have it in your conscious that the food will be thrown away. As if it was my fault that I had to wait 2 hours?! His excuse? the restaurant is at capacity. If your kitchen staff can't handle the volume then you should probably advise of wait times prior to seating people or not take in that many customers. Service should always...
