Last Monday June 13 ,me and my family visited the rest for the second time,first time about 3 months ago was great! this time was not,we arrived about 8pm,6 people,only one table with two girls,as soon as we got a table ee noticed the reggeaton music so loud it was imposible to talk,the 3 girls thst work there were not familiar with the menu or what a good service is all about,we asked to lower the music and they said that the table with the two girls “ordered” the music and proceeded to crank up the music,while the short chuby one looked defiantly from the bar,totally a lack of respect for the clients,we drank our sodas and left without ordering,the restaurant lost not only 6 clients that night,lost all of our friends and followers in social media,(we do own businesess in San Juan),poor service and lack...

Don't waste time. If you want to experience rudeness, bad attitude and confrontation from a waitress, this is for you. The table are sticky from God only knows what. The food is barely acceptable. I ordered the Tacos Alambricos and what I received was dry chicken on soft tortillas. Dry, Dry, Dry. This was my third visit and last. If you're ordering take-out, your supposed to order at the counter and then wait at a table. Sounds good, so far except it's not posted anywhere, so I guess you just have to imagine what their house rules are....

The parking space is very uncomfortable and it's no secure for the people that sit there since there's no security fence (careful for those who drink a little too much). The host was very unprofessional asking for Covid vaccine ID and not giving the option of carryout until I asked for it. Good luck trying to customize your order 'cause she refused to include some ingredients to the burrito. Plus the service wasn't good for carryout because they didn't include forks or anything; I have to...
