San Juan Vacation Rentals — Hotel in San Juan

Looking for an outdoor oases type of feelz? This is the places. Location is perfect, close to airport, San Juan, expressway, supermarkets.

Host is very understanding, quickly to respond and made sure to stay in touch throughout the stay.

I was disappointed to come into my stay and the pool was dirty, the yard had confetti on the ground and in pool. The backyard kitchen area was a bit dirty and outdoor bathroom. Windows had stains, hand prints (not sanitized) the bathroom in the house wasn't 💯 cleaned, the master bedroom comforter was damaged. The area where the oven is at was dirty with grumps.

House needs some updates, like fresh paint, some cracks around the foundation of the house that need repairs. No fire alarms, Shower head is not working. (Host is aware of it all)

We contacted the host immediately and told him what was going on. He did take care of the pool issue the next day and send the cleaning crew to clean but all they did was clean the toiled inside the house, something i would have done anyways on my own. I do appreciate him taking care of the pool issues right away and trying to compensate us for any disappointed and stress. However, it was very disappointing walking in to all this and waiting till the next day to get it taking care off.

My advice to the host, is for him to get a better cleaning crew, that will do a deep cleaning and sanitized the home from doors, windows, floors, etc. Also, to do some update throughout the house with fresh paint, and fix the small issues around the home.
