The best way, I've found, to gauge the quality of a takeout Chinese place is by their fried rice. If there's bean sprouts, scrambled egg, pork and bits of cabbage? You've got a good one.
What they've got is the odd bit of pork and salt for flavor and that's about it. So..... Yeah, it's decent, but it wouldn't kill them to take some of that 8.50 per orange chicken combo and throw it towards perking up their rice with some veggies. As far as portions, that's always good regardless of the place. The flavor is pretty moderate, short of ordering something with the flavor in the name (garlic shrimp, orange chicken, etc.) expect everything to taste pretty much the same.
