McDonald's — Restaurant in San Juan

For a McDonald's I'm not very happy about this experience. The service was extremely slow for fast food. The cashier was nice and helpful. That's why service got 2 stars instead of 1. I got a double quarter pounder with cheese combo with fries and caramel sunday. I thought the burger was being made fresh like with every other McDonald's I've been to when ordering a double quarter pounder. So at first I didn't mind the wait. With 5 people in front of me in line and taking almost an hour to get the food. It might have been worth the wait If the double quarter pounder with cheese was made fresh. In reality I would have been better spending my money on a gas station burger in one of those warmers. It was not made fresh. As my picture shows. The meat looks dry and doesn't shine like a freshly made burger. It was 2 meat patties that sat in a warmer for who knows how long. I've given a 2 star because the fries were up to par and the caramel Sunday was also. Yet it's hard to make those 2 subpar. The condition inside needed much help. Well deserving of the 1 star. Dirty tables and a dirty floor. Broken ceiling tiles and what looked like mold growing above me did not sit well. For a quick dinner this was far from enjoyable. I understand it is fast food but McDonald's usually has a standard in which they live up to. Unfortunately I feel that this one in particular has fallen short of...

I support McDonalds just not this store of Carr 199 Las Cumbres. Employees are disrespectful, food is either thrown in the bag as if it just had to be 1 bag. Fries are not cooked. When they make an error with your order the employees have the odasity to treat you as if you do not know how a drive thru works and don't even care to say: " no worries we can take that new order and help you leave sayisfied.: NO they prefer to say: "well we charged you for this and well good bye!" What kind of customer experience are they trying to have customers go through? Therefore, people if you are looking for a good well done , well cooked food and provided to you with care, well then go to Arby's in San Patricio or pay a little more and go to the The Place in Condado. After all a family of four at McDonalds may pay around $30.00 and get all wrong. So pay a few extra bucks and get what your money is worth. Get quality of product...

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Came here for breakfast. There was no one at the cash while a bunch of other workers were doing online and drive through orders. Had to wait long time and no one even made eye contact with the line of people waiting to order. Finally my friend had to ask a worker if we could order and she didn’t smile or anything and brought a manager over to take our order.

Absolutely terrible service and not how you treat customers. I don’t care if it’s McDonald’s, you can at least smile or be polite to a paying customer. Hope...
