This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location. I placed an order through the McDonald’s app, expecting a smooth pickup experience. However, upon arriving at the drive-thru at 5:06 AM on June 1, 2025, I was rudely met with a manager yelling “Closed!” through the intercom.
If this location isn’t operating 24 hours as advertised, why does it still display as open both online and in the McDonald’s app? It’s incredibly frustrating to go through the effort of placing an order only to be turned away without any explanation or courtesy. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
To make matters worse, canceling an order and getting a refund to your credit card is a burden and hassle, adding unnecessary frustration to an already disappointing experience.
I strongly recommend management address this issue—whether by properly updating their hours online, improving communication with customers, or making the refund process smoother. Additionally, I encourage management to investigate the personnel working at this time to ensure better customer service...

I placed my order via the McDonald's app 5 minutes before I arrived at the restaurant location, but due to an extremely long line (slow service by the Drive Thru crew), it still took me an additional 9 minutes before I reached the Drive Thru speaker.
Thus 14 minutes after I placed my original order, I was asked if I was utilizing the app or not, I confirmed that I was and I was asked to proceed to the 1st window which took an additional 6 minutes (yes the Drive Thru crew was truly slow).
Once my order was confirmed, I was told to proceed to the 2nd window (Order Pick up window), it took another 5 minutes to get to the window and 2 minutes waiting at the window, I was told to continue to the 3rd window, which took an additional 7 minutes before my order was handed to me.
In aggregate, it took this Drive Thru crew 34 minutes to prepare an order consisting of Big Breakfast with Pancakes and 6 Sausage Biscuits....
I wish McDonald's would actually follow up with their customers...

My first order is always with the app: buy a $2 large soda and get a free $3.50 large fries 🍟. Can't beat that. My brother doesn't get that on his app because they individualize each person's offers. Then I use an old receipt with the survey filled out (see info on back of receipt, not your phone) to buy one burger get another free. It now includes the Double Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese, believe it or not. Right? Getting over big time. Feeds 2 combined. I like extra salt, because even with a high salt diet I have low blood sodium and & chloride. Free refills on all soft drinks & regular coffee.
