A friend recommended this place and take advantage of a rainy day to visit it knowing that is going to be with few people. When seated the waiter suggested to start with “queso frito” with gauva sauce and breaded fried squid. Both were very good. Continued with the main course, went for the seafood: the conch and the octopus with “bifongo” were very very good!! Tender,tasty and good portion. The “bisctec rebosado” with truffle french fries was very good too. To close the evening, the waiter wisely recommended us for dessert the “crème brûlée” and the coconut custard (flan de coco) he told us that both were made by the chef (we call it homemade) and he recommended. The first server wasn't engaging but then Jose Caraballo was our server and he turned on the nudge. Always checking, when I asked do you have guava salsa with the churrasco - we don't but it's an easy fix- he made sure we felt attended.
