KFC — Restaurant in San Juan

It was a Beautiful day. My mom, my grandma, and I had just left from our trip to the Mall. I was feeling a bit hungry and I thought some KFC would be nice as I had not gone in a Long Time. When we arrived at the pitiful Space They called a drive-through my mother and I had to help our grandma menuver through Its slim space. Going inside was unfortunately not an option as the Indoor dining-room was closed. As we finally hassled our was out of Its slim space with my order, it was off home to ‘ enjoy ‘ my meal. As I sat down to eat, I was horror struck by the first bite of my fríes. An old, stale , Salt-less potato stick was all it was. As I continued to eat, I noticed my atom-sized nuggets They had given me. As I dipped my puny food in my honey mustard to try to revive it of taste, the small container was quickly finished. Voy de prisa en mi hora de almuerzo y me atiende en el Drive-thru un joven amable. Toma las órdenes, pero cuando llego a pagar en la ventanilla solo me estan cobrando una y eran dos órdenes. Le repito lo que deseaba, que incluía una mazorca. Me voy confiada que todo estaba en las bolsas. Pero no estaba la mazorca. Verificando el recibo me percato que habían cobrado maíz suelto, pero ni si quiera estaba eso en la bolsa.

Por lo general no suelo escribir reviews negativos de un establecimiento. Pero en la ausencia de un número de teléfono en el recibo y de que no contestaran el que aparece en Google Maps, debía escribir.

Las personas que salimos a toda prisa en horas de almuerzo tenemos el tiempo super contado. Debo hacer magia en una hora. Tengo que comprar para mi y para mi compañero de vida -quien tiene impedimento y por estar trabajando de manera remota se le hace difícil salir a comprar almuerzo-. No tengo tiempo para virar a arreglar órdenes mal servidas. Cuando al final del día pudiera tener oportunidad, ya es muy tarde y estoy muy cansada para buscar lo que no me sirvieron. Aunque la comida estaba buena, de temperatura y sabor, hubiese sido un éxito, si estuviera todo lo que ordenamos.

Nos gustaría que en los establecimientos de comida rápida, en vez de estar muy atentos al tiempo de cada cliente atendido, deberían tomarse el tiempo de revisar que todo esté listo, antes de que las...

Worst service ever! I recommend not to go there and save the time with headache. I by uber eats and the store supposed to be open and they close the room when supposed to be open, I had to make the longest line on drive thru and the drive thru is for compact and medium cars!!!!
