Wow! I cannot say enough. The food was EXCELLENT! The guy who took our order was so cool and patient. I came with 3 indecisive kids! He took his time and changed their order every time they changed their minds. 🤭. He got the order correct in the end with no issues. The food....wow. It was delicious. I had the Bao Bun with Panko Shrimp, and the dough tasted and felt fresh. Delish. We love Asian food in general, but this Ramen felt so authentic. There were these fish cakes in the Ramen, something I hadn't seen before, that felt like a little detail that helped make the food rich with a cultural experience but also showing a love for the food they were serving. I had the impression that they really want to give you a good product. For a lunch date with 3 tiny bellies, the price was a little high, $15 for a bowl, but it was these details, like using pork belly instead of just "chuleta" meat, made the price well worth it and, in a way, reasonable. And the portions and serving sizes were large and plentiful. I will definitely try this...

Great variety of Soju and Asian beers. Tonkotsu with the pork was very good! My only complaint was that the noodles were slightly overcooked but the broth was so good that it didn’t matter! Don’t forget to order chili oil...
