the employees simply do not care they got our order completely wrong, and also never gave us our receipt so we were definitely overcharged because they must have added extra things.

It took over 22 minutes for them to serve my order for combo #5 my daughter wanted Pizza and they said isn't available then another employee said yes there is so I order a pepperoni. No se merecen ni una Estrella, en el día de hoy varios clientes estuvimos desde las 10:00 que se supone que ya estuviese abierto, hasta las 11:33 en la puerta, luego de casi una hora esperando el supuesto gerente indica que será “solo serví carro” lo cual fue una total falta de respeto ya que se paseaban por la tienda y ninguno fue quien de salir a decirlo, hasta que comenzaron a atender a los del servi-carro antes de los que estábamos en la puerta, el supuesto gerente que no sirve definitivamente es uno de ojos claro, espejuelos, pelo largo, bajito, llenito y de tez blanca, cuando lo confrontamos se hizo el “estúpido” porque no le cabe otra palabra y se atreve a decir “tengo que preparar la tienda” cuando la tienda se supone que estuviera lista desde antes de las 10:00 para que cumplan con su horario, perdieron muchas ventas por su irresponsabilidad, deberían meterse los de la oficina central y supervisar la porquería de servicio que...
