While the food, especially the busser service, was good, the overall server service was very disappointing. Our server, Jenny, repeatedly rushed the experience. She began clearing plates from the table without asking whether we were finished, creating a sense that we were being hurried out.
As soon as the last person at our table received their meal, she brought the takeout bags, placing them on the table before we had a chance to enjoy our food. Later, she returned with the check and seemed to pressure us to pay quickly.
What concerned us most was that the amount charged was different from what was shown on the receipt. When questioned, she claimed the tip was included automatically. However, after paying, we spoke to another employee who informed us that this is not the restaurant's policy.

Read moreWent in to the Montehiedra San Juan PR restaurant on the afternoon of 5/9/23. We were sitted in a corner on a filthy, broken table with a mostly empty place with flies flying around. We ordered drinks and appetizers but after several minutes we just walked out, seeing waiters and staff loitering around the bar area. We then drove to the Miramar San Juan restaurant. It was completely empty with apparently the one waiter just leaving his shift. After several minutes of not being served on this completely empty restaurant we walked out. We just couldn't believe it. I know the service industry is struggling to find willing staff but nonetheless such a bad experience in two of the same joints leaves a lot to be desired of both staff...
Read moreWe sat at the bar it took us me and my wife 1 hour and 1/2 to get our food. The service here from one thru 10 is minus zero. Don"t expect service that should be provide what you will expect has a pay customer. The service here is so bad, the soup is cold, the is food bad, they expect you to eat your with your hands, I had to run around looking for a fork for my wife. The manager has been consulted about this then instead of correcting the probelm or trying to resolve the problem he had a bad Attitude . Did nothing but just walk away like this is normal.
