The Bunker Board Game Café — Restaurant in San Juan

A little hidden gem tucked away in what looks like a half basement off the street. on a small sidewalk shopping mall. Inside is cozy, modern, great ambient music and decor. I felt I was in a cafe in Barcelona. Only tried the “all in scrambled eggs” comes with bacon and Swiss cheese and it was outstanding. The egg omelette was fluffy, vegetables were fresh. Price was very reasonable $8.99 for the eggs. The customer service was great as well. Highly recommend it. Also, there’s parking in the front. Negatives: Hopefully this was a misunderstanding but upon thinking about the total amount paid $20 and change for an omelette, bacon and a cup of latte coffee, I was overcharged for almost $5 and the credit card machine did not send me the receipt. The Plate I bought (all in scramble which was so delicious) included one protein but I was charged extra for the protein plus I don’t understand where the other few dollars were for. Love the place but they need to address price...

The girl who attended us was very kind. But the waiting time was two hours for two egg, ham and cheese sandwiches plus a kids meal. We asked to talk to the manager in charge, and basically she blamed us for the time we waited. That next time we should call in advance, (which we did because we reserved a table ) so that we can give them our order over the phone so that it is ready when we arrive and we can eat quickly. WE WILL NEVER RETURN they lost at least 25 people in our family, who would not go or return. For the way in which the manager spoke to us unethical, not professionalism what so ever!. Thankfully our family is fun and we make the best of things they have games so that made the whole 2 hours wait...
