Wendy's — Restaurant in San Juan

Horrible service. We waited more then 40 minutes to be served with only one person front on me in the line. When I was finally served, I went to the napkin table there were NO napkins and no ketchup but that’s not the problem, The problem is that an employee passed me by entered through the employee door and the manager came out yelling at me in front of everyone and acuse me I was stealing forks and spoons, putting them on my purse. I have NO NEED TO STEAL ANYTHING: I am a professional who went out to eat lunch at your restaurant. As a proof I opened my purse to show her and, of course, I hadn’t stole anything. The manager NEVER apologized for the mistake and treat me like that. The number of that rest #05880 Altamesa 03. Not english speaking friendly even though it is within 5km of a Veterans Hospital. English is mandatory at the VA. I asked if he spoke english (in english), and he shook his head no. THINGS THAT MAKE YOU TO QUOTE ARSENIO HALL ...Hmmmm! Food left a lot to be desired. Pops eggs looked and felt as if they were clear plastic all around the edges. The cashier wiped his nose with a bare finger. He then proceeded to prepare the order, grabbed some napkins, and put them on the tray. Water dropped on them from one of the drinks (I think) he then flipped them over as if we wouldn't notice as he went to get the hashbrown tatter tots. Not once did he wash his hand. Wendy's has simply collapsed... Only 3 persons in line and about the same in the drive thru, this place is a chaos of employees screaming and running around including the manager. I like the menu but is the same at different locations I've tried.
