BEST FOOD YOU'LL TRY IN THE SAN JUAN AREA. THUS FAR. The consistency of the quality in ingredientes and flavors is overwhelming. I could cry every time I take a bite out of that mamposteao'. Listen, I've had my fair share of mamposteao' in family gatherings and many other restaurants in Puerto Rico. YO AMO EL ARROZ. Most Puerto Ricans do. And when I tell you, this is THE best rice I've had, is not an exaggeration. Every component of a meal in JC is just perfectly balanced. The meat, salmon, chicken and the chorizo are also great quality. They definitely care about the product they present and it shows everytime I visit. Leave as a happy customer. I've honestly been to better places, however thats not to say this restaurant is bad. The food was relatively alright some items were better than other (i highly reccomend the Remix Rice with churrasco) They did take quite a while to bring out our order but that could have just been due to the 2 birthday parties happening in the restaurant. In terms of the location, i wasn't a big fan of its placement, the road is filled with holes, its an accident waiting to happen (for both cars and people), However on the inside its not that bad, decent in terms of comfort. Update. Volvimos y la experiencia fue igual de buena que la ves anterior. La calidad de las fotos no es muy buena por que llegamos con hambre y me acorde de tomar las fotos despues de empezar a comer. Mi esposa pidio la pechuga rellena de amarillos envuelta en bacon, arroz remix (mamposteao con amarillos) y la ensalada. Yo pedi la empanada de pollo con arroz y tostones. Todo estaba delicioso. No me puedo quejar. Aunque tardamos para estacionarnos la comida estaba a otro nivel. Estamos pensando para la proxima ves usar el tren. Hay una parada cruzando la calle del restaurante.

A este lugar llegamos por recomendacion de varias personas que nos aseguraron que nos iba a encantar la comida. Comienzo por los aperitivos, la variedad no es muy grande solo tienen 3 cosas. Pedimos el queso frito con salsa de guayaba. A eso le doy un 9 de 10, estaba delicioso y la salsa de guayaba muy rica. Mi esposa pidio el churrasco con chimichurri y el arroz remix (arroz manposteao con amarillos) y la ensalada con almendras y balsamico. 10/10 todo!!! El churrasco estaba riquisimo y el arroz remix delicioso. Hasta la ensalada estaba muy rica. Yo pedi el churrasco en salsa de setas con risotto de setas. No, no pedi mas!!! 10/10 mi churrasco estaba igual de delicioso y la salsa de setas lo llevaba a un punto mejor. El risotto simplente excelente. El risotto es algo que un cocinero lo puede dañar facilmente, pero este no fue el caso. De postre pedimos el bizcocho de chocolate, 10/10. A mi no me gusta el chocolate, pero este lo probe y estaba delicioso. Tambien pedi un moscow mule 9/10, y un mojito de gengibre 10/10. El mojito simplemente delicioso. Volveriamos???...
