Chef Chen — Restaurant in San Leandro

I've ordered food (from the menu, not from the steam table) a few times by calling in my order. It's been decent, especially their honey walnut shrimp.

This last time when I called, I was told to come in to place my order because they were busy. I should have ordered from another restaurant instead of going in to place my order. I was there for over an hour before I got my food!

When I unpacked the food at home, I found that I didn't get the pancakes with the mu shu pork nor did I get the wings! And to make matters worse, a couple of the dishes were...

Food is always great here. I always get my Mom the fish and 1/2 fried rice and half white rice and I'll get 3 item special with fried rice,chow mien, and fried chicken. They give you a lot of food and at a very cheap price compared to the other Chinese restaurant that are the same setup as here. But most of the Customer service is "EXCELLENT"!!! I just walked out of the place, food is good but the lady in the front gave me really bad attitude. I just walked out of it. NOTE: I have ordered in the past, but this time I decide not to spend my money there.
