Starbucks — Restaurant in San Luis Obispo

I spoke with Briely who works in the front who was not helpful at all. I don’t usually do this complain but she was so rude. I really feel that if someone doesn’t like working with the public they shouldn’t be working in their position. Even though I asked for a specific drink that came with oat milk she didn’t know how to give me a drink with oat milk without charging me. I felt like that isn’t really fair because I wanted an oat-milk drink that is hot and I should be charged because it’s hot. That ridiculous! And the way she acted about it like she didn’t know of any other hot drinks that could be with oat milk I had to be charged extra. She’s very rude. Never greeted anybody when they came in. Called the customer care line & spoke with a courteous gal. I explained my issue of how the SLO Mercado store associate was verbally told by my caregiver & shown in writing how I wanted my phone purchase to be transacted. But the store associate rang it up wrong, charging my card rather than using my designated stars that were to expire that same day. Customer care asked for my first & last name & my email address, reviewed my account; and returned my expired stars. I was told the store manager would be made aware of issue for training. The staff here has never been friendly or accommodating, I have been going to this location for 2 years and after today's visit I will not go back. The staff seems to never be the same and each staff member charges me different for the same thing I get every time I go. Today one the staff members suggested I would sick a needle into a tea bag I brought back with me from my morning tea, saying that I could poison her and others if she were to handle it!?!
