Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Luis Obispo

Today I was flabbergasted after spending this much money and getting like nothing what I paid for. They were also 30 minutes late making the food when there was nobody there but the fact they gave me this small cantina chicken burrito but it was advertised as bigger but they gave me something so small I didn't know what to think of it plus it tasted horrible. I felt so ripped off and this place isn't clean folks. The floors are so dirty you can see the grout pot black all over the place and I wouldn't be surprised they have rodents and cockroaches in this place. I only go this place if I'm hungry but I really try not to eat Taco Bell food because it's unhealthy food. However you should not be ripped off for giving them business like this and they give you nothing in return. I feel upset what got after spending $8.90 here. I'm going to file a better Business bureau complaint on this business because this is really needs to be reported to...

Something is really wrong with this location. Taco barely come with any cheese or Lettuce. Like the shells at only half filled. Lettuce is not that expensive! lol. The bigger problem is that the wait time is horrendous. 1/3 two nights in a row and with only one or two people waiting in the lobby. No items came out for 10 minutes not even mobile orders. It was like three people back there working so slow you would think they were putting one chip in the bag at a time.. I’ve seen quite a few customers get irate over the last two weeks about the same issue. Many of your customers are getting quite fed up. I used to go to Taco Bell in the past and they used to pump out the food, nice and quick like there was orders hitting the counter every minute now it’s everyone standing around and the workers moving in slow motion. This is bad, bad business, and reflects badly on ownership...

When I ordered, I ordered 2 Mexican Pizza's. There was a gentleman behind me. After I ordered I stepped to the side so he could order, and he did so, ordering the same thing I ordered. I watched as they prepared the Pizza's and they called his name prior to mine. I am a black woman, he was a white man and the gentleman that took the order was also white. Normally I do not automatically go to the "ism" i.e. racism, but this was a BLATANT display of it. One of the line cooks, who was hispanic, stated to another hispanic male, that what just happened was "wrong" and peeked underneath it and apologized to me. He should not have had to apologize!!! I did not confront the gentleman that made the rude faux pas, but will certainly be hesitant to eat...
