Crumbl — Restaurant in San Marcos

For the price point I was incredibly disappointed by what I had received. I ordered the box of 12 mini cookies, and about 5 of them were inedible. The French toast cookies and peanut butter cookies and cream were hard as a rock. I can’t even break them open and use them as a topping on my yogurt in the morning. I normally wouldn’t complain, but I ordered from DoorDash and spent about $50 for ONE BOX. The delivery driver did an excellent job and it isn’t door dashes problems but I decided to leave a review here as well because this is about the cookies. They are advertised to be like a cake, and I don’t allow myself to treats like this often, so I was so excited to be let down. I came in at 830pm and they were out of 3 cookies. They're were 5 employees behind the counter just talking and folding boxes. I thought they're open till midnight I guess it's only on Friday and Saturday. This is happened a few times though where I've come in maybe 2 hours before you guys close and you're out of a few of the cookie. I don't know if you guys are supposed to stop making cookies at a certain time but why have 5 employees if you have half of your stock.

I just went on to the website it's 730 you guys don't close until 10 and again you're out of 2 cookies this is next week. I can't make another review but I can update sorry but this sucks I really wanna try some of the new flavors. My inner fat girl...

This was the first time that I had ever been to a Crumbl’s . I went to pick up a 6 pack for a friend and after having a sample that they gave me I bought a 12 pack also . Best cookies that I have ever had . Since then every time that I go back up to Sn Diego I have to stop by one of their stores. I’m not always close to San Marcos but that’s one of my favorite stores . They are so friendly and super helpful. I plan on being by the San Marcos store this week and will be getting another 12 to take home . Thanks for the awesome expat your store . So far the best one...
