Dallmann Confections | Delicious Chocolate — Restaurant in San Marcos

Want to eat mold? Me neither, but I literally already did. I want to throw up. After putting a different one of this flavor (Lemon Poppyseed) into my mouth and chewing, I instantly realized the texture was way off and the taste was terrible. Sure enough, this is what I found when I opened another of the same flavor. ALL THREE IN MY BOX WERE LIKE THIS. This is absolutely disgusting and after seeing other reviews like this I have no idea how you are still in business.

And yes, they arrived like this despite storing as asked to be stored. You are just asking for a lawsuit.

Do NOT buy these chocolates, online or otherwise. I hope a health department shuts them down soon.

I have zero interest in speaking to someone about this issue as it cannot be “resolved.” We cannot go back in time to prevent you from sending me moldy chocolate or to warn me not to consume it. This is clearly a pattern as there are multiple reviews about this. I only wish to warn others about your practices, especially since there isn’t...

Dallmann Confections arrived packaged very well and although one chocolate caramel was damaged after I opened the box, the rest of the over 60 assorted chocolates were in perfect condition. The damaged caramel did, however corrupt some other pieces around it as the caramel got onto the other pieces.

In trying the various different chocolates I was not overwhelmingly impressed with the flavors and differences. They were certainly fresh and tasty, but nothing really struck me as particularly special or different, surprising or yes, really good!

Everything is on point here, however, packing, look, colors, selection, it's just the taste that left me non-plussed, hence only three stars.

I've ordered chocolates from; Godiva, Compartes and a few others, and Dallmann, (I'm sorry to write) is at the lower end of the scale in terms of taste. Everything else is above average, however. But the other stuff is really of little interest to me if the taste is less than I would hope.

Still I'm glad I tried Dallmann. I won't be reordering from...

My family member absolutely loved the vegan Halloween themed chocolate. The confections were unique in appearance and she could not believe they were vegan. She said they were delicious too! Halloween is her favorite holiday and her birthday month.

Dallmann Confections reached out by text to make sure that everything was delivered correctly and promptly. Instructions were emailed on how to store the chocolate or to freeze the treats if needed. The text messages were not auto generated and I was able to respond to an actual person. That was great customer service and I felt they valued my business.

I will be filling up Christmas Stockings with Dallmann Confections! They make confections for everybody, regardless of their personal restrictions. I am sure the Christmas themed Confections will be just as stunning...
