I really don’t like to leave reviews for places but I got to share my experience at this place. So the owner, Don, posted on his store’s FB page that he was going to restock on the Stater Decks for DigimonTCG. I called two days ahead and asked to preorder. He explicitly told me and others that the deal was 2 decks for $20. I said sure, sign me up. Fast forward to the day I’m suppose to pick up my starter decks, Don tells me he’s charging $20... EACH. That was not the deal. Mind you, I called him back to let him know I was coming. That was of course his opportunity to communicate with me about the scalped price up sale. And on top of that, the day before I went and tried to pick up my starter decks, he up sold my friend for his starter decks for $15 EACH. He did not communicate at all in any way that he was changing the deal. On top of that, he only takes cash and PayPal... The moment I got there he also came off as stand-offish which normally I wouldn’t care but considering he tried to charge me scalper prices and didn’t even bother to communicate with me prior shows he doesn’t really welcome new comers to his store. On top of that, the community of players that regularly go to his store aren’t very welcoming. The vibe you get from the other players when you walk in comes off as if you’re not very welcomed and everyone keeps to themselves and I even caught a couple of players trying to scam new comers and beginning players out of trades. Again, I don’t like to leave reviews. AT ALL. But I love trading card games. To have an experience such as this is very discouraging. Especially for someone who genuinely plays and wants to play TCGs and is not trying to scalp for products. Don does not communicate, his tournaments are ran poorly with again... NO COMMUNICATION. He is not welcoming. He is a liar. The regulars are rude, scammers, and not welcoming at all. I hate saying this but it needs to be said... DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY. There are a bunch of other card shops that actually communicate and have tremendously more customer service skills than Don. If I could leave a no star...

The owner (Don) is not able to keep his word when posting sales. I understand business, but this is how you lose customers. For example: He would announce on Facebook that he is selling this product for $10 then upcharges you for a significant higher amount when you arrive to pick it up. This is not fair for any customers at all. I do not recommend anyone coming here.

Communication is key to building a healthy consumer base, but Don is terrible at it. I hope the best for Don as I'm sure he can be a stand out person. Although his business tactics are poorly done and could do...

Really weird vibe here. I got in and it was just a tiny room with a dude behind the desk and a single shelf with a random assortment of card packs. We asked if he had any pokemon cards and he said no, but we lifted some of the packs up and saw some Pokemon boosters underneath.
