Parking space was a little tight. Come before 12 lunch about 7 people waiting after that 0_0 plus all the seats inside were taken. I saw one booth inside shaped like a banana. they do have a bathroom. You do not need to buy anything to use. they don't have horchata or any of the other Mexican water drinks. they do have beer and soda, ice,water machine. a self serve salsa bar. my toddler loved the black beans and rice mix bowl. i loved my 3.99 fried fish tacos. i ordered 3 plus my drink. there is also a $6.99, 2 fish taco special that comes with drink i didn't see that until After the pay was done. the limes were a little stale. they did bring the food to us. the trash cans are right before u exist so u clean up. they did have to go boxes. the 3.99 tacos had fried fish, veg oil dipped homemade corn tortillas, shredded cabbage, 2 lime slices on side, the mayo with sour cream Cream HAHAA and some kind of none spicy tomato salsa. I have been dining at this location since it opened. Yes, the pandemic has affected everything. I get that and I am sympathetic.
Today ... I don't know if they were just short-staffed, employees overworked or just plain didn't want to be there. Apparently, long gone are the days of a welcoming cashier.
We dined at an off time when the restaurant wasn't busy. Not one employee we encountered was smiling. I was polite to all.
I joked with my bf after we left, well, we did all but cook our own meal.
We wiped off the dirty table, we had to go back to the counter and politely ask for the cilantro with the same cashier who clarified our order, we later asked her for a cover for the cilantro cup when she was sweeping near our table, "you have to ask over there", as she pointed.
Barely an guac on my Fish Taco Especials. Just increase the price .
I chose to dine here as a treat. M'yeah. I don't envision a return in the near future. Sorry ...

Read moreI never really complain or say much but this was this worst experience. Their website sucks beyond any other I've ever used and the manager Gustavo was no help at all. I had spent 2 hours just trying to get my order done but their website deleted everything if I was kicked off the page. Then, it doesn't let you auto fill the page with anything and kept freezing and that would again clear all the fields. It was so so frustrating and ultimately the order I did thru their website was not delivered and this is after I was billed twice. So basically a hundred dollars for no food and the manager said sorry but we cooked the food so call the delivery company yet couldn't tell me what delivery company picked it up for delivery. I have never been so mad and he was absolutely flippant and simply did not care. I had to complain about the double charge and was told again that they did their part and he was not about to give me free food to replace the order unless I wanted to pay...
