I believe the overall picture of this place is a quite one well operation. The manager is on there to explain and show the other workers what their jobs are to do. It looks like a very well machine that is working just fine. They are attentive to getting the orders out mobile orders and orders that come in with a fast and effective procedure that is probably less than 20 seconds it seems like because it is so fast and efficient on getting that order out and if they happen to forget a straw or anything else it is quickly handled and the customer seems happy as they leave the place. As I explain to another participant that all Starbucks are not equal some do a lot better some are average and some are below par. This one is above average. Due to their location they do not have a drive-thru which to me I kind of like because the fact is I don't have to worry about being hit by a car. But they're fast mobile app production is a site to see people know what they're doing and the manager does a great job of facilitating their expertise on this matter. Always constantly looking to upgrade and make their store look better. Keeping it clean is one thing that I did notice a lot stations were wiped down , floors were swept and this is only because we got there as soon as they they open. Very stocked their shells and everything else with trying to keep a minimum of product not to disturb the customers inside the store it was done fast and efficiently and as you can see in the pictures the shelves look straight and neat. Read moreToday, as a frequent customer at Starbucks, I witnessed a situation that made me very uncomfortable. The store was busy as usual, and I observed a manger named RUBY shouting at a male employee, saying some hurtful things to him in front of myself and other customers. Her behavior was uncalled for, and I could tell that the male employee was visibly affected, almost to the point of becoming emotional.
The way she put him on the spot and shouted at him was shocking, and her loud outburst caught me off guard. I truly believe no employee should be treated this way, especially in a public setting. Despite the verbal mistreatment, the male employee continued to provide service with a smile. When I asked him if he was okay, he thanked me for asking, but I could tell he wasn’t.
It’s concerning that someone would be so rude and unprofessional, and I believe that this kind of behavior should be addressed. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me regarding this incident, as no one deserves to be spoken to in such a manner. I will not be returning to a store like that until...
Read moreThere's not too much to complain about when it comes to Starbucks but this particular store was definitely below average. I went in on Saturday morning and saw only 2 workers there who were practically sleep walking as they had no sense of urgency to get through the exceptionally long line of customers during the pretty busy time. There was a third person who showed up but wasnt sure what her duty was as she was actually wearing her WORK OUT outfit lol. When I finally was able to place my order I asked for honey but they were out. I then asked to purchase a bottle and the guy didnt seem to be reluctant to tell me they were out of that as well. Unfortunately I would have to say this store was definitely subpar and you get better service walking across the street into the Ralph's Starbucks...
