Nikka is the worst customer service person I have ever encountered!!! I purchased 6 wings bone in. With an additional 2 wings along with 3 extra bread sticks. Came out to 23 plus 15 percent tip equaling 26 and some change. When I got home. Mind u I live in Vista 15 min away. I noticed that I was missing the two wings. I called and Nikka and answered. I explained the situation and she told me "our store policy is that we cannot give you your money back unless you bring us the wings". I told her i was not going to come back for 2 wings. She precede to tell me to bring them tomorrow, because they were to busy.I said what is your name and she told me. " why do you want my name" . I told her that was poor customer service. She told me she didnt really care, and hung up on me. I was not asking for much. Just wanted a credit or something next time I came in. Which that will never happen now! I realize mistakes happen. Nobody is perfect. If she would of said "I'm sorry and said next time you come in we will take care of you" I would been happy and probably not Hassel them about 2 wings. I know it's difficult to keep people working due to the pandemic and hire whomever, but atleast make sure you hire better quality people who know how to treat people with respect. Read moreI am only giving it two stars because my previous experiences here have been good. Today on the other hand was very disappointing. I came here today during my lunch break and ordered buffalo chicken fries. Some of the chicken pieces were raw and hard chew so I gathered the courage to let them know there was an issue. The young man that addressed the situation was very apologetic and asked if I wanted a new order and I politely accepted. After 10 minutes Kevin came out to give me my new orders and he did not look happy about my complaint. Now this time the chicken was super crispy and the fries were rock hard to the point that I could not stick my fork through them. I hesitated to address the issue because I had noticed Kevin was upset about it but decided to inform Kevin because at that point my lunch was over and had only gotten a few bits. When I informed Kevin he got upset and said "Oh now they are too hard?!" I did not want to argue with him and at that point needed to get back to work. Read moreWaitress brought me bone in wings, one order to eat in one to go. I told her I ordered boneless. She looked at ticket and said that’s what’s on the ticket. I said I will eat my order and please remake the to go order. She reached over grabbed my plate and said we have to return entire order. Very rude to grab my plate and start to take it away. I asked for manager and she said was none, so she went to ask the cook. Cook said I could not get my Togo order without turning back the bone in order in front of me. I left leaving my food and will never return. I guess it’s not about making a customer happy at all. If that was my store I would retrain the staff and put a manager on duty to intercede and be able to easily resolve issues rather than run customers away. Very costly over the life of a once loyal patron. ( a week later) went by there and left message for manager to call to discuss. No return call. Looks like poor leadership is producing...
