For the first time today, after a long week of court hearings I stopped by at players sports club off Twin Oaks. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service, I and a colleague asked for a beer and we were properly asked for an ID, server declined serving my colleague due to not having a hard copy(this is very much appropriate) advised she is to ID everyone or can cause trouble for her. We thought nothing of it and proceeded to order, my significant other arrived and was served an alcoholic beverage without being ID. At this point I was extremely curious as to why we were asked as females and he was not? As she checked to ensure we were okay I asked why he wasn’t asked for an ID she wasn’t sure how to respond and was quick to be defensive I advised by no means was I wanting to argue but was curious or if there was a specific reason, she advised she can ask whoever she wants or whom appears to be over 35 years of age or older . Quite offensive since my significant other just turned 30, when I told her that was a bit offensive she asked we go somewhere else. This conversation was recorded since she escalated the conversation more then what should have been a simple response. Her failed training in how to properly ID someone or handle situations shows. By law no one can be discriminated by race, age, gender ect. Recently a law was passed that employees whom sell or serve alcohol should understand the simple mechanics of screening guest identifications, be equally partial and understand the ID policy and the disastrous of their mistakes. This was in extremely uncomfortable situation that I or no one should have endured.( Employee did not provide her name but wore a Boston baseball cap and has a large size tattoo on her abdomen.) I’ll be more then happy to share audio to ensure this issue...

Although the food is delicious I wish that Players would also accommodate more to families, especially when they bring young children. Some of the things that Players should have is some coloring sheets🖍 with a kids menu, a gluten-vegan and allergy friendly menu, a breakfast menu, a dessert menu🍦🍨🍪🍰, and more food items choices.
Here's some some food items that I found.

Tonight was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at sports grill. Completely ruined all the good qualities of the place.
My wife and I went out with her sister to grab a drink and bite to eat. We invited our nephew who’s 20 to come eat with. When he arrived he was denied entry. We asked why and the bouncer and manager Don said no one under 21 is allowed in. We pointed out that inside the bar itself were little kids eating and some teenagers with their parents. Their excuse was “that’s different”. As we talked to them a young lady walked into the bar, the bouncer asked to see her ID, she refused, he asked again as she kept walking, she didn’t say anything and went in. She was later served alcohol while inside sitting at a table. Not sure why my wife’s nephew was denied entry while teenagers and little kids were allowed inside. Pretty awful experience being told “that’s different” when they allow others to dine with their families but not us. At no point was our nephew attempting to purchase alcohol or drinking at our prior to coming just in case the bar wants to claim otherwise and make up lies as to why he was...
