Jamba — Restaurant in San Mateo

I've had a number of bad experiences with this location, the most recent being I went in when the shop was empty to order an acai bowl and came back 15 minutes later, only to watch 3 customers who came after me all receive their orders while mine was nowhere to be found. When I asked where my order was, I was quickly brushed off without an apology or explanation and the workers started making the bowl on the spot.

To put into perspective how problematic this location is, I've watched a mall security guard storm in and confront one of the workers about their attitude from the previous day.

Service is very slow and rude. I ordered two items and it took them to complete the order 15 minutes. Customer service is unacceptable. Rude, slow and doesn't even provide smile to their customer. Literally thought my drink was next the customer rep says ' that not yours with a rude voice. Customers after me received my order before mine. This location has gone downhill in service regardless what time and day of the week. Worst is during the weekend. Too bad this location is my local Jamba Juice. I previously had a 5 star review posted until - Casey. My daughter and I avoid this place like the plague at this point because of her. She's so absolutely rude that it's uncomfortable. My daughter and I have had a total of 4 run ins with her (collectively). Walk in and she's counting money and when asked if I can order she said "hold on". Never greets you.
