Awful experience. They do not accept coupons and have a different menu (sort of running their own show) the customer service reps were rude and disrespectful to customer. They don’t offer the deals which are available at other Subways. Truly disappointing!!! ‬

I have ordered my food through online and picked up later 20 mins.. When I went in and said that am here to pick up my food which I have ordered through online.. The guy who was assisting me probably he doesn't understand English or may be he is reluctant to listen. I thought to show him the email and ask him by visualizing that I have ordered food. Before I showed him, he came back to senses and gave me the food. I have never confronted this situation. That guy must be from China, Japan or somewhere else....
