We have lived at the Villa for 2 years, and it has been great with my husband’s wheelchair. I would describe the facility as “low-frills”, but everything that we need is here. We appreciate that the residents are very diverse, friendly, and mutually supportive. We are happy to have down-sized and gotten rid of property maintenance. Some of the frills that we do have are:
I am a former resident of The Villa at San Mateo. I truly enjoyed my experience while living at the Villa. Management is very friendly and accommodating. Qiana and Stephanie, hands down, have been very positive, responsive, and helpful. I can truly say they are a five-star team! The main building is absolutely beautiful, and the coffee lounge in particular felt more like a stylish restaurant than a typical common area. It was spacious, elegant, and had excellent acoustics — I could hear the piano clearly from the back of the room, which made the piano concert even more enjoyable.
