Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in San Ramon

The single start is because the ham and Swiss is SO good. However, Every time I come to this location it’s terrible. Multiple times I have asked for hot and gotten iced and vice Versa. The station with milk only ever has one option, half and half, which is usually empty and crusty, so I have to ask and am met with an annoyed employee. The employees are always busy chatting and in their own world. Which would be fine if they were able to multi task when6 ppl are waiting for their drinks. Espresso always tastes burnt and even the drip coffee taste stale and old. If you ask for room in an americano it should have room not filled to the brim so hot Coffee spills when I take the lid off. For the past 3 years my family have been having Peet's Coffee, and simply loved it. Its dark roast coffee was amazing, and we couldn't miss out on it any day, so we even bought its coffee from Costco to have it on days they were closed like Christmas. However, we recently went to Peet's and had our usual dark roast, but this time it wasn't the same. It tasted like old coffee that was made on an unchanged filter. We figured it might be just with this location, so we tried another, and yet again it tasted the same. The staff is inexperienced. They are rude and quite often mess up the order ( and later lie about it ) Looks like its run by a bunch of teenage kids who chuckle and make fun of customers and thier orders right in front of them. I always find them laughing and chit chatting and orders getting delayed while a lot of customers are waiting. Peets is great and i love the brand but certainly not this location as somehow their food also tastes bad because they don’t follow the instructions.
