What a great place to stay the night & have a drink! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect - clean, spacious, newly renovated, well stocked with amenities (kitchen and bath), and an overall very comfortable place to stay the night. The bar upstairs is a great place to watch the sun go down on the mountain, and closes at 10pm so night noise is limited. Great places to eat at the lodge right up the road. Would stay again!

The food was outstanding, the atmosphere convivial, and the overall experience was just comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend the curry bowl (most popular, and no wonder!), meh on the Adult Mac, filling and satisfying Burger. Our entire table of 12 ordered the Coldsmoke Ale, which was excellent.
