My rating is based on buying their food products for over 10 years, and I finally had enough. We will never buy from the Sandwich location again.
This time I ordered a large thin crust veggie pizza (less the cheep can mushrooms) for $32 at 5:42 PM. As usual I was told 30 minutes. I normally arrive in 20 minutes and it is already in a box and not hot. This time I arrived in 25 minutes, paid and tipped the young lady who is only doing her job which should not really require a tip, but I always do tip.
At 6:29 PM, after having a few slices of room temperature pizza, I called back and asked for the Manager. Tim finally came to the phone and was not interested in hearing my concerns which are: Why always 30 minutes when its already done in less than 20 minutes? Answer was it is a average time which is based on how busy they are. So I asked if he was busy now and would not answer, so I said wouldn't you know if your busy or not when a person calls in so you give them the right time? Answer was no, the pizza is usually done in 10 to 15 minutes but they don't give direct times based on if they are busy or not. After hearing Tim tell me there was nothing he could do, I said ok, then this is my last order. Tim said that is fine. So I asked for his boss's name and number and he would not give me it, so I asked for the owners name with phone number and again Tim would not give the answer. So I said ok, I understand you can't give the numbers so have one of them call me. Tim's reply was "yea, I probably wont do that either". Even after I said the owner would probably like to know the quality and why he is loosing customers, but Tim didn't care.
In addition, this location does not give competitive pricing on bulk orders. We had a large party and needed 20 pizza's. I called the Yorkville location and was given a much lower price for the same order and the pizza's were HOT!!
There are other very good pizza places in the area such a Lee's, Suzy's, Gonzo's and Rosati's in Yorkville and others who now will get all my orders.
The calls are recorded for "Quality" assurance, and I suggest the owner takes the time to listen to the person that is given the responsibility to look after their business/investment.

Read moreVery disappointed with how it was treated by management! I had phoned ahead explaining that I had found a 20% off coupon thru RetailMeNot but their location was not coming up. The young girl on the phone told me that wasn't a problem and that she would give it to me over the phone but when I called back and reached a different girl she had to check with her manager and told me because of the misunderstanding that they would still give it to me but the second I said where I seen the coupon from she got back to her manager then came back on telling me that they do not accept coupons at that location from RetailMeNot! Even though they had told me that they would and if I hadn't said anything I would have gotten it! The manager got on the phone with me and called her general manager coming back telling me that they could only give me 10% and I asked for free delivery to go with that for spending a half an hour on the phone trying to get this straightened out and was refused! Horrible customer service! I then called the Yorkville location close to my house with only a mile difference in location to me and was asked no questions and was automatically given the 20% off! Read moreI had the worst experience with Rosati’s in Sandwich! I placed my order through the Uber Eats app early Friday morning before Rosati’s opened up. My Uber confirmation said that I should expect my delivery at 12:30 PM. I didn’t receive my pizza until 2PM. I work from home and I only have a specific window to take a lunch break. My pizza was delivered after my break ended. The time on my order receipt was 12:16 PM. I called and I spoke to a manager at 1:20 PM and was told the pizza would be delivered in a couple of minutes. I called back 25 minutes later and spoke with another manager. I was told by the second manager I would not have to pay for my meal. I have yet to see a credit on my account. I have used Uber Eats many times and never had an issue. I was told by the first manager that Rosati‘s was very busy. Well, I placed my order before it opened. My order should have been top priority. I googled if it’s safe to eat pizza sitting out for two hours and that’s the max. Anything after that time is unsafe. The pizza went straight into the garbage. Super displeased to say the least!!
