We were in the area and decided to stop in for dinner. So glad we did! It’s located in a strip mall. The inside is small, but very clean and welcoming. We ordered potstickers for an appetizer. They were delicious and quite large. Much better and bigger than the potstickers served at David’s Kitchen at almost half the price. We ordered combination specials. I had sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, ham fried rice, and cream cheese wontons. It was all included in the combination I ordered. It was 16.00 and I thought it was priced a bit high. However, the portions were huge! My husband’s combination was Kung Po chicken, orange chicken, and ham fried rice, again, huge portions. Everything was delicious. So delicious that I forgot to take a picture of the potstickers! We had enough left over for dinner tomorrow night. Service was excellent! We’ll be back even if we have to make a special trip. So delicious!

A friend said this place was great so the family and I went to check it out. We ordered cashew chicken, vegetable chicken and orange chicken with lo mein and fried rice. The portions were generous, the food was prepared quickly and the stir fry chicken was so tender and flavorful. This will definitely be a restaurant we return to. Something I found unusual and pleasant was the employees were exceptionally polite and helpful. I can't remember the last time I went to a Chinese restaurant and was asked if I was enjoying the food. Our waiter, Will, was very friendly. I can't wait to go try some other entrees! Edit 10/25/23: I have been here 3 times now and the food has been exceptional every time. The service has also been consistently excellent. This is my new top favorite Chinese restaurant in Sandy.

I worked in the same complex when they opened and finally gave them a try. What regrets. The orange beef was like deep fried jerky. Tasted like it was leftover from last night and they fried it again, the sauce had absolutely no orange taste. The pot stickers might be good if they were cooked thoroughly, undercooked dough browned only on one side. Walnut shrimp was OK, sauce was sweet but not much flavor. The garlic veg combo was good, sauce pretty plain but the veggies were fresh and nice variety. The ham fried rice was also quite good. IF I ever order again, will be avoiding fried dishes altogether. Seriously the beef so crisp and dry my husband said don't even give to the dogs.

Lucky bowl, unlucky stomach. If you want a plate of slop with no discernible flavors except for red glucose, this is the place for you. Ate there this evening and my whole family is already sick. It's never a good sign when your toddler remarks "why was our food cooked so fast?" We ordered 3 meals and the food came out 3 minutes later. They clearly had all of it deep breaded, fried, and sitting under a warmer slathered in sauce, waiting for someone to walk in----nothing was cooked to order, which makes you wonder how long it has been sitting there. Apparently beyond Heath Department recommendations, as we are now all feeling very sick. We asked for General Tsos extra spicy and this had no spice whatsoever. It even had the spiciness annotated on the menu, so it must be "Utah spicy" (aka people who think a green bell pepper has heat). We though requesting extra spice would mean something, but I think they just put extra sugar on it instead. The General Tsos tasted the same as the sweet and sour chicken. Not just Americanized, but completely devoid of any flavor. No ambiance in the restaurant and it was eerily quiet because they were not playing any music and had no background sounds whatsoever. We were looking for good local Chinese food and this is not it. All of the positive reviews must be from Utahns with no palate, the kind of people who think umami is the name of a Pokemon. We realized this as we were leaving, disappointed and confused as to all of the optimistic online feedback, and noticed the entire clientele were middle-aged Caucasians, all...

I'm type II diabetic, so I NEED to eliminate sugars & refined carbohydrates. It is true I have not tried my TRUE favs (the sweet n sour, sesame chicken, lemon chicken, etc) from here, but I am finding NEW favs here!!! Many dishes, in fact! Just find a meat or seafood dish here that has veggies and a nice low/no sugar sauce. I don't eat the rice either, so just meats & veggies & sauce!!

I have an idea to pass on to the owner. Make a keto menu from my "true favs" list and if you need to sweeten anything use "Allulose" as a sweetener instead of sugar, & CHARGE ME MORE FOR THIS, and I'll HAPPILY PAY and perhaps I could enjoy my tru favs again in a restaurant? As it is now, I don't go to restaurants much because of the keto needs. Also, please please please DONT use artificial sweeteners, because it lowers healthy pH in our bodies & and increases acidosis. (I've been hospitalized in ICU because of too much acid in my blood, called EuDKA). I've learned to NEVER use artificial sweeteners (I use 100% monk fruit no erythritol, stevia, and now ALLULOSE my fav!

Allulose as a sweetener actually LOWERS my blood sugar a little bit , sugar makes my blood sugar go sky high like a rocket. (I wear CGM so I see this happening).

So anyway the diabetics who are trying to control blood sugars using diet, and the WHOLE HUGE Keto community... well, we need restaurants who will help us! The word would get out!

Thank you very much!!!...

I really wanted to like this place. I did. Seemed like it could have been a special spot - generous portions, and friendly service. However the problem lies somewhere in the kitchen,l somewhere between the floor and the wok

Had the kung pao chicken, orange chick n, general tsao chicken and sweet and sour chicken (two different times). The only thing I could taste was pure sugar in the sweet chicken sauces. No soy sauce, so salt, no peppers, no Xiaosing wine, no spices whatsoever. Just straight sugar with a La Croix level flavoring of Orange/General. Which okay fine if you want the Chinese flavor equivalent of a saltine.

The stir fry dishes wasn't any better. I feel like the sauce literally had water thrown in it to make it last longer, washing out any possible spices or herbs that could have complimented the dish. So a lot of the stir fry was drippy and wet.

Also, not a bad thing for some, but it was for me - the veggies in the stir fry were very clearly not stir-fried. They were thrown in as almost an afterthought. I like a fresh crunchy veg as much as any normal person, but these were still very much raw, which made for a less than great experience. Again, different strokes for different folks, but I didn't like that. Disappointed because I really wanted to...
