1 star is 1 star to much. I leave very fair reviews and this place shocked me. I eat a lot of pho and a lot of Vietnamese food. This was so bad I could not eat it. I wish I could ask for my money back. Broth tasted like chicken bullion cubes, chicken looked to be days old with a grey heugh and noodles were cold and completely uncooked. I will not be giving them another try - not worth $15 at all.
AFTER THE OWNER RESPONSE: I do several take outs and understand the noodles and how it is packaged to go. These noodles were down right wrong. I personally even cook Pho and understand the cuisine. Again I do not take lightly my comments as I do a lot of reviews. I can highly recommend several locations around town that are far superior. Instead of this owner taking some humble pie the response is shocking as well. I would not recommend this to anybody moving forward. Again, not trying to put people out of business but we need to be able to share the truth, and this truth is I took a few bites and threw the whole $15 in the trash as it was inedible. Hopefully they can learn from this comment and improve...

Portions were good and they didn't skimp on the meat. They had a quite excellent and spicy chili oil that is homemade. It’s a traditional recipe but with habanero peppers for a different but good flavor. The restaurant continues to appear clean and well maintained. The veggies were by no means spoiled, but I would have liked to see their basil and bean sprouts a little more fresh. This depends a lot on delivery services so I don't blame current ownership as I haven't been able to eat here enough times to get a better sense of it.
Update: the last couple times I have visited the veggies were...

This is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant. We’re Asians, and my wife is from Guangxi, China, the province next to Vietnam. She grew up eating soup-based rice noodles, and when I moved to southern China, I fell in love with those same noodles (粉, Pho). While traveling through Utah, we were starving one day and decided to try this pho. Oh my Lord—the taste hit me right in the soul! Such incredible pho, with layers of flavor, where all the ingredients harmonized perfectly with the spices. Guess what? When we passed through Salt Lake City again, we made sure to visit a second time. The same high quality was there, and I was so happy that I ate two bowls! Seriously,...
