Overall impression... Amazing. Highly recommend. Even though it is in a strip mall, the outside seating, the inside decor, the background music, the layout. All very nice. You would never know you're in a strip mall. The food... Hands down, the best curry ramen I've ever had. Smelled great, awesome balance of veggies and noodles and broth. Perfect amount of spice. My son got the shoyou ramen. Also nice, but for some reason tasted a little freezer burnt compared to mine. Maybe it was the pork? Don't know... I'll have to try it again. (Update. I ate the rest of the shoyou for lunch the next day and it was fine. I guess I just loved the curry ramen so much) My wife got sushi rolls. Hannah and Sunshine. The sunshine was soooo good we had to get another one. My kids got Teriyaki chicken. A bit salty for me, but they loved it. My gut... Another metric I use to judge how good a place is, is how I my gut feels after I eat. I can tell if there are too may empty carbs, or too much salt, or too much sludge (think fast food burgers). My gut feels good after a meal with a balanced level of veggies, protein, and carbs. After eating at Sake, I felt GREAT the rest of the night and slept great as well. Service... Bri was AWESOME. Very attentive, thorough, and professional. Alexa was so kind and polite and Jade, the owner, came to personally check on us. We had such a great experience celebrating my daughter's birthday. We'll have to go back and try some other things...

I went to Sake Restaurant with a friend last week. We were craving Ramen but wanted to try somewhere new. I found this place on a quick search. It is beautiful inside, very clean. Staff was very attentive and quick to get our orders placed. I ordered a veggie sushi roll & it was pretty good. My friend tried the snow crab tempura roll. She loved the amount of tempura it had on it & would definitely recommend & get it again. I want to try a tempura roll next time. They seemed to have a couple vegetarian sushi options, which I appreciated. I ordered the veggie ramen. The broth didn’t have a ton of flavor, which was a disappointment. I feel like the broth in ramen really makes or breaks it. I had to add soy sauce to this broth because it was really bland. It had so many bok choys in the ramen. I’m not a big fan of bok choy so that was all being pulled out. The menu wasn’t really clear about what vegetables were included in this dish. The noodles were pretty good though. My friend ordered the Nabeyaki Udon. She also didn’t love the broth in this, also having to add soy sauce for flavoring. She said the udon noodles were really yummy & chewy. We both noticed the soft boil eggs didn’t seem like they were marinated in anything. I love adding an egg to my ramen because they are usually super flavorful. This was a little bit of a disappointment. Overall, I would check this place out for their sushi. I wouldn’t recommend for the...

Saki Restaurant - A Sushi Delight! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently dined at Saki Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern and traditional Japanese decor.

The sushi was nothing short of spectacular! Each piece was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The freshness of the fish was evident, and the creative rolls, like the Dragon Roll and the Spicy Tuna, were exceptional. I also appreciated the variety of options, catering to both traditional sushi lovers and those looking for innovative twists.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Their recommendations were spot on, showcasing their expertise and passion for the cuisine.

To top it all off, the dessert menu featured some delightful treats. The matcha cheesecake was a highlight, offering a perfect balance of flavors.

Overall, Saki Restaurant is a must-visit for sushi enthusiasts and anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic dining experience. I can't wait to return and try more of their...

OMG!! This is THE best place if you are looking for a great service, great atmosphere, reasonable prices and delicious Japanese food!!!! My man and I fell in love with this restaurant last May when we went on a hike in Bell's canyon and wanted to have some ramen for dinner. We didn't even know about this place beforehand, I just Googled ramen near me and this place popped up and we were so glad to find this place! Ever since then, this place has been our MOST favorite Japanese restaurant! And it's so close to our house as well!! The staff is so nice and very friendly, especially, Jade! We love her!! Our favorite dishes here are tonkotsu ramen, sukiyaki, teriyaki chicken, karaage chicken, gyoza, takoyaki, and YAKITORI!!! And Dragon roll!!! They are all so delicious and authentic as well! This place is definitely for "a Japanese girl approved"!! Not to mention, their drink selections are amazing as well!!! I LOVE that they have Choya Umeshu (plum wine) here!!! The best plum wine ever and it is hard to find a place that has the particular plum wine! All of the reasons, this is a must go place!!!!!! Remember, They are "Miwa approved"! 😌💜😍
