Betos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Sandy

We ordered a doordash order, we didnt get it for 45 minutes and continued to have issues with getting new dashers and them waiting for the food. we ended up contacting this restaurant through the phone and they rudely hung up on us after we asked whats wrong with the order. we tried calling back, (thinking it was a mistake perhaps?) but they continued to answer and hang up on us whenever we brought up our order again. without reason either, just a straight hang up. after asking for a manager on the 5th phone call we have been ignored and told there isnt a SINGLE manager on shift. the service here is HORRIBLE. and this is not my first time dealing with this bad service, this is just the WORST ive had so...

First I love Betos great food!

I was glad they opened a location near me. However, the ok customer service just went downhill and became unacceptable. If they continue this sub-par service they will likely be out of business at this location soon.

I ordered food in the drive through. When I got home I learned they shorted me a burrito for my family. I called to inquire. She said she only put 1 of the 2 burritos on the order. Her tone of voice was clear that she didn't care. I told her I may just go to another restaurant and frustrated I have to go out again. Then......... She hung up. No interest in the customer.

I don't know how things work behind the scenes with this chain. Are they corporate or franchises? This one seems to be owner operated. It's very clean, the food is awesome and the portions are gigantic. As a former restaurant owner, I can tell that everything is well managed. The quality is there, so far consistency is consistent, the prices are fair. It's legit and I'm thinking it's going to be around for a long time.
