Me and my wife went there today and as we waited the man in front of us kindly asked John the worker for some fresh lettuce because the lettuce he was putting on looked like it was growing something. Along with half of their other items. John was very disrespectful and told the guy he could leave because he wasn't going to give him anything fresh. Finally the other worker told him to just do it because a line was building up. John then went off on the guy saying at least I have a job etc. "The customer was Hispanic" the customer was nothing but nice and this kid was extremely rude. Now to me and my wife. We asked for olives on our footlong, "he put on 5" so we asked for a little more. We asked for pickles. "He put on 3" so again we asked for a little more and then he started mouthing off saying he's making it to subways recipe. Which I go to Subway every week and have never had this problem. Cheating us on our food continued and then he went off about how we have no rights to ask for more even though we are a customer and usually customer satisfaction comes first with any restaurant. Then he said he was in a bad mood and we're basically ticking him off and he didn't have to help us and could leave whenever he wanted to and So on and so on.. Read moreI came to this Subway location with my husband because we like that Subway generally offers healthier food options and you can customize your sandwich the way you like it. We went in the mid-afternoon and were assisted by a young employee. I ordered Italian bread with cheese and specifically asked for it to be double toasted.
Although I saw him put it in the oven, when I finally bit into my sandwich, it was cold. Not just lukewarm – cold. I was so disappointed. I asked my husband and he said it was cold too, but he ate it anyway. I couldn’t. I had been so hungry and excited to eat that sandwich, but I ended up throwing most of it away. I had ordered a whole one and only took a few bites.
I don’t know if the oven wasn’t working, if the employee forgot to turn it on, or what happened – but it completely ruined the experience for me. My husband even said, “Maybe we should’ve gone to Wendy’s like I suggested – at least their food is always hot.”

Walked in, 2 people ahead of me, one person working, and he was the slowest moving person I have ever experienced. I really think he was stoned. Other guy was in the restroom for 20 minutes, I get it, but damn. Couple in front of me asked for meatball sandwich, promptly told no meatballs tonight, they leave. It's just me. I wait to order, and wait, and wait, while they bash their coworkers about not putting water in the meatballs and not making bread. Finally order, guy asks me 4 times " what was that again"?
