Avoid this place like the plague past midnight. The staff work ethic goes down the drain and quality of food goes out the window!
Firstly, I ordered 2 quesadillas at around 1:30am, is it my fault for coming in at this hour? I feel like it is but I shouldn’t have to feel this way. You’re open until 2am the quality and work ethic should be the same throughout. Don’t make me feel bad for coming in at this hour!
Anyways, let me just say I can make my own quesadilla at home, but I had just got out of the movie theatre at Jordan Commons and I wanted that sweet sweet Creamy Jalapeño sauce on my quesadilla, that sauce is soooo bomb!! It’s the only thing I order, chicken quesadilla EXTRA CREAMY JALAPEÑO SAUCE! I order 2 of them bad boys, drive home take 1 bite realize there’s no sauce in that bite, huh? So I take another bite just to be sure…. What’s this? No sauce? I open the whole thing up, there is no sauce to be found. I open the second one…. No sauce. How are you going to charge me for extra sauce and not even put it on at all!?!?
Welp, I look at the clock 1:52am, I live in Midvale, I can speed there and make it before they close. I’m at the drive thru window at 1:59am on the dot and the lights are all on. I can see the person working as I drive around after no answer at the drive thru, I drive up one more time for good measure, still no answer but by this time it’s 2:01am and they are closed.
Lastly, all i’m saying is the people working were already closing up shop at 1:30am and did not keep to their usual standard like they do during the day shifts as I go to this place often during the day. Day shift rocks!
All in all, don’t come here past midnight!! The workers could care less are incompetent, have no work ethic and/or customer skills...
Read moreThey may as well close this location. Can't order at the counter and the kiosk does not allow for the desire modifications. My truck does not fit through drive through. But otherwise Slow slow slow!!! Seriously, don't bother. You'll come for lunch and stay for dinner. Drive through? Good luck getting all of your order, but what ever they missed the next person gets- and you got what who ever before you missed. I work right near here, my crew stops in all the time, bad enough I don't let them go here anymore because it pushes into work time. Last thing to complain about, EVERY TIME I use the drive through I ask for no Ice, and EVERY TIME I get Ice. Simple conclusion- minimum skilled job with minimum paid employees equals minimum effort and ability to execute orders. For is still good, just service is consistantly terrible.
Well like an idiot I cam back, only because they leveled the murray store in favor of a parking lot. Ordered a quesorito. I got a beef and rice burrito. Took the burito to the cou ter and asked if they still put cheese around the inside. "It's in the middle" she said. So I unrolled the thing and asked her to point it out to me. She must have been really annoyed, I was interrupting family time because her teenage kids came to visit. She just kind of waved me off and said again "it's in the middle". Disbelief and rage are clouding my mind now and so I say I can't find it. I only had two bites out of it and had opened it up for her to see there was indeed no cheese in the quesorito. At that point she offered a side of cheese, the little black cup full. Kinda sucks, but if this is the best I'm going to get then I will only ever come here for...
Read moreVery disappointing. My husband and I each ordered a Luxe box combo that was SUPPOSED to include 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, 1 beef chalupa, 1 crunchy taco and cinnamon twists with a large drink. When we received our food, he handed us regular cups. When we said we paid for large, he said “well the truck didn’t come today.” Ok… but we paid for large? “Well I can give you two, or you can just fill this one up more than once…” If I wanted to do that, I wouldn’t have paid for the large! I know it’s only $.10, but it’s the principle of it. Then, there were Dorito tacos instead of the chalupas in both our boxes. I assumed we were accidentally given the wrong order. No prob. It happens. At the counter, the MANAGER said, “oh yeah, we’re out of chalupas right now, we’re subbing it with Doritos tacos.” There is a big price difference between a Dorito taco and a chalupa! I was so taken back by her nonchalant attitude, and I didn’t want to make a scene, I just said forget it and walked away. My husband and I have worked in the restaurant industry for 15+ years and understand that things happen. Sometimes things are out of your control. We get it. But the staff’s responses to these issues were very poor. If you are out of product and your guests pay for it, that is your responsibility to make it right. You need to offer your customers a better option to compensate for the inconvenience, not a cheaper one. There was no information anywhere showing they were out of product (they put up signs AFTER) and nothing said to us by the staff when we picked up our orders. Never once said, “sorry.” All the workers were just like “oh well!” We will not be back to...
