I don't understand the negative reviews, giving one star because there's no parking ( it used to be a drive-thru ATM ) and whining about the heat despite saying the product is good.

Great customer service. Went through the drive-thru and some kind kids were running it. One of our orders was wrong, the young lady taking our order apologized and immediately offered to remedy the situation by allowing us to keep the wrong order and gave us the right flavor. The ice cream is delicious. Very delicious. There are some very unique flavors! We were all impressed by how good each other's ice cream was. The price can be considered hefty and it does cost extra money for a cone, but the amount you're given is generous. Most of us couldn't finish our serving and had to put in the freezer for the next day. Definitely plan on going back and wish...

Ordered coffee frappe for $10 and a cake batter frappe for $12. When they handed me the cake batter one it was almost entirely liquid. Not good at all. Asked if I could have a regular ice cream instead, so they took the frappe back through the window, and then told me that if I wanted a regular ice cream, I would have to pay for it because they can’t just waste product. Unsure how that makes any sense at all. He eventually said that he would make an exception this one time, and didn’t charge me $8 for the replacement. I just pulled through today with four kids. The drive through staff was very young, but extremely friendly and eager to help. It was refreshing to see them working together and asking what each could do to help the other. The ice cream was unanimously good. So, I thought I'd leave a review and was very surprised at how many negative/mediocre ones there were on here. It seem like this is a new business and at least as of today, they had it down.
